Eligibility Criteria
- Annual household income must be below Rs. 3 lakh (EWS) or Rs. 6 lakh (LIG).
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Telangana
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- The applicant should not own a pucca house.
- Preference for widows senior citizens physically challenged, SC/ST, and OBC families.
- Applicant or family should not own land or house under government schemes.
